Jamaica stuns United States in Gold Cup soccer semifinal

Since the World Cup, the fundamentals have been lacking in this team yes, even in the big friendly victories over Germany and Holland and it hasn’t gotten better.

Mexico beat Panama 2-1 in extra time of the CONCACAF Gold Cup semifinal thanks to a controversial penalty in the 89th minute that led to a game-tying penalty kick by Mexico.

And with Panama on the verge of an emotional triumph in the 89th minute, Roman Torres was whistled for hand ball, falling on to the ball after contact with a Mexico forward.
