Schuylkill women’s soccer on the rise

Evitts is coaching two soccer teams Schuylkill Haven’s girls and Penn State Schuylkill’s women watching sons Dawson and Gavin play either soccer or football and watching daughter Rileigh play soccer at Lebanon Valley College.

Led by Evitts, the second-year team improved to 10-1 Sunday with a 4-1 Penn State University Athletic Conference victory over Penn State Greater Allegheny.

With his coaching schedule at Schuylkill Haven, Evitts said both Csapo and his collegiate players have attended Schuylkill League games to sell Penn State Schuylkill to potential recruits.

MONT ALTO Alyssa Hatter had two kills and 10 digs for Penn State Schuylkill in its 25-6, 25-13, 25-11 loss to Penn State Mont Alto in a Penn State University Athletic Conference match.
