Youths compete in Zonals

Sidney Gadsden, playing in the 16-and-under division, and Camden Camacho and Mason Caldwell, in the 14-and-under, played in West Zone Team Championship, better known as Zonals.

Gadsden played in Salt Lake City, Utah, on a team with five other boys and six girls from the Hawaii Pacific sectional from July 2-6.

Camacho and Caldwell competed in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on the same 12-player team from July 2-6.

Camacho and Caldwell were in the 14-and-under division and Sidney Gadsden, not pictured, was in the 16-and-under division held in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The top boys’ and girls’ players in the Hawaii Pacific region, which includes Guam and Hawaii, were invited to be a part of the Zonal team.
