Behanan’s marijuana citation to be dismissed

Former University of Louisville basketball star Chane Behanan had his citation for marijuana possession in Louisville dismissed Tuesday.

Behanan, who has entered the 2014 NBA draft pool, will not have the April 2 incident on his record.

The news is a boon for his NBA hopes, said Behanan’s agent, Mike Naiditch.

Behanan said the workouts give him the chance to show NBA teams his perimeter skills.

Behanan recently completed his stay in John Lucas’ rehabilitation and training program in Houston and now working out in Chicago.
