Blue Jays Shed Inspiration on Many

We all know that the Toronto Blue Jays are hand in hand with Baseball Canada. What they proceeded on doing is hosting a question and answer “social” gathering at Rogers Centre Friday evening to introduce a three days coaching practice.

Some couldn’t believe their eyes, early evening that Friday, hundreds of coaches filed into the club 200 Level VIP at Rogers Centre who had socialized as well as networked before the presentation that featured the Blue Jays general manager Alex Anthopoulos, coaches DeMarlo Hale and Chad Mottola and alumni, including World Series hero Duane Ward.

“One of the goals of the clinic is to provide coaches with concepts and fundamentals that they can put into practice with their various youth teams across the country.”

The clinic, and Blue Jays Winter Tour presented by TD, will continue Saturday, with players Jose Bautista, Adam Lind, Brett Cecil and Aaron Loup scheduled to make appearances
