Mustang High School’s girls golf team made it eight years in a row to qualify for the state tournament last week with a fifth-place finish at the regional tournament.
For the third time this season, the Lady Broncos golf team has competed in a tournament at Kickingbird Golf Club in Edmond.
Edmond Memorial placed third, Stillwater took fourth, Mustang at fifth and Southmoore in sixth place rounding out the teams that qualified for the state tournament.
The five players that are swinging the clubs in the state tournament are Kaylee Neff, Mackenzie Woodward, Lauren Sloan, Sarah Kellogg and Cheyenne Woodward.
