Neymar named in fraud lawsuit linked to Barca transfer
Reports in Spain say that a Madrid court has admitted a new lawsuit filed by DIS, who retained 40 percent of Neymar’s rights before the move, with outgoing Barca president Josep Maria Bartomeu, predecessor Sandro Rosell, the club, the player, and his father all named in the suit.
A transfer ban stemming from illegal recruiting practices was the tip of the iceberg before being dragged into the Spanish courts for a whole host of improprieties stemming from Neymar’s transfer from Santos in the summer of 2013.
