Oakland Athletics vs. Los Angeles Angels
The Angels will turn to Hector Santiago who was impressive in his debut this season going six innings against Texas giving up just two runs, four hits and managed seven strikeouts in a 4-3 win.
Santiago is the depth that the Angels were hoping for and if he can continue pitching this well then the Angels are going to give themselves chances to win.
In Monday night’s opening game Mike Trout hit his first home run of the season and pushed his season average above .200 not the type of start expected from a perennial MVP candidate.
In Graveman’s only complete game of his career against the Los Angeles Angels he gave up just one run but still managed a loss after the A’s managed just two hits.
I’m taking the Angels here as Mike Trout just woke up and is likely to continue to find his rythm in this one, in addition to that Hector Santiago has been good for the Angels and he faces a struggling A’s line up who really struggle to win at home.
