Mustang soccer loses two, ties one

David Parras scored two goals on penalty kicks, and Luis Aceves scored with an assist from Diego Guevara.

The boys took a big 8-1 loss to Royal on Friday in which the only goal was scored by David Parras on a penalty kick.

Josue Hernandez scored four goals, and Noe Rodgriguez, David Parras and Luis Aceves each scored.

Assists came from Parras, Mauricio Aceves, Alan Torres, Christian Quiroz and Eli Quiroz.

The Mustangs dropped a match to Bryan earlier in the week, 4-2, with goals from David Parras and Luis Aceves.

Coach Reyes noted that goals were scored by Jose Nevares on a penalty kick and Oscar Silva with an assist from Nevares.
